Issue #20

What better way to ring in the New Year than with a new issue of Rock of Pages? Well, there are probably quite a few ways, but since you're already here, you should check out the latest chapter. And if you're feeling nostalgic, go here to re-read some past hits.

Before any rumors get started, let me go on record as saying I'm not currently dating anyone. The mostly-fictional-cartoon-girl in this issue is the same one that mostly-fictional-cartoon-Lee met in Issue #17. At this point in the series, my main goal is to complete a cohesive narrative, rather than go strict auto-bio. And with this issue in particular, I wanted to tell a legitimate love story without any cynicism or dick jokes.

I also want to thank everyone for another great year of Rock of Pages. Connecting with people through my art really makes all the hard work worthwhile. The exciting conclusion of the Saga of Fred Lactus is up next, so I expect it to be several months before I'll have that online. Some great ways to keep up with any updates or convention appearances is to like me on facebook, or follow me on twitter

Thanks again you guys, and I'll see you in the future!

A Special Holiday Announcement

Greetings People of Earth.

All of my fans have been up in arms about having to wait two months for a Rock of Pages update, and both of them want to know what's going on. Well, the bad news is you're going to have to wait just a little longer.

I recently took on a new full time job that keeps me occupied 40 hours a week. As much as I love the flexible schedule of freelancing, it just wasn't enough to pay the bills and I couldn't pass up this opportunity. That being said, I'm still 100% committed to keeping this comic going. Everything's just taking a little longer these days.

Also, since last issue, I've been working on a lot of stuff that doesn't necessitate updating the website. First off, I made my own font, which makes lettering way easier, and it looks way better. It's going to debut in a new Rock of Pages #0 issue, which is the other thing that's been keeping me busy. This is going to be available in print as part of my 2012 convention exclusive. While I don't have my convention schedule finalized yet, I expect it to premier at the Gem City Comic Con, on March 31.

Coming up next for me is the Saga of Fred Lactus: Chapter 5. The Lactus stuff always seems to take more time , so I imagine it'll be a couple months before it's up here. Thanks for your patience.

Finally, I'd like to extend my gratitude to everyone who's visited the site this year. Your feedback and support really make it all worthwhile and I hope you each have an awesome holiday season. This year's been great for me and I hope it only gets better in 2012!

Welcome and Thanks

f you're new to the site, thanks for stopping by! Please check out the first issue of my comic book Rock of Pages here. Or click here for the complete issue list. Newer issues are at the top, so start at the bottom and work your way up.

And thanks again to all the fans who have shown support. While I'd probably still be doing this even if no one was reading it, you guys definitely make it worthwile. Stay tuned for more exciting news!
